01How many people can play at once?
Up to 10 players can battle together in the free-roam VR Arena. The Lounge Zone seats up to 30, so larger groups can rotate through while others relax and spectate.
02How long is a session?
VR Arena sessions run 45 minutes of gameplay, plus a short safety briefing beforehand. VR Station and eSports sessions are flexible — book as little or as much time as you like.
03What's the difference between Open Game and Private Game?
An Open Game is priced per person and may be shared with other players in the same slot. A Private Game reserves the entire arena for your group of up to 10 — ideal for parties and events.
04Is it safe for kids?
Yes. We offer age-appropriate party games, every session starts with a safety briefing, and trained staff supervise the floor throughout. The wireless headsets keep the play space cable-free.
05Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but weekends and private sessions fill up fast. Message us on WhatsApp to lock in your preferred date and time.
